Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for associates who have passion, empathy, a highly developed skillset and enjoy working in a team environment for our Stow, OH headquarters.

Our clients are being relocated for a job or assignment and much of living in the United States and Canada is new to them. Oftentimes, they will need support and expertise in learning the area and schools, finding rental housing, getting established in their new community with banking, driver’s license, utilities, school enrollment and more. Our internal team works with our partners throughout the U.S. and Canada to meet these needs at every level.

    Career Opportunities

    Success Manager, International Inbound – We are seeking a Success Manager who has the same passion, empathy and desire to help families navigate relocation, find and get settled-in to their new home and immersed into their new community and country. Oftentimes, they will need support and expertise in learning the area and schools, finding rental housing, getting established in the community with banking, driver’s license, utilities, memberships, school enrollment and more. The role requires you to be a counselor to the assignee and to coordinate and support our on-the-ground agent network who introduces the family to the area and ultimately delivers the service we assist in coordinating. Confidence, a professional phone demeanor, good listening, service and organizational skills, high computer aptitude & excellent oral & written communication are a must. Experience with an international move, speaking another language, and/or relocation industry experience a plus but not required.
