Most U.S. domestic relocation policies provide for 1 day of service for renters. Destination service companies, serving renters, have modeled services after these policies and when the service day is over, the service is done. Survey feedback reveals that customers question the “time spent” or where the time went because they don’t see or realize the time and preparation involved in finding and qualifying rental options for customers to view.
