PorchLight Rental & Destination Services Ranks Highest in 2018 Trippel Relocation Managers’ Survey

PorchLight Rental & Destination Services, a leading relocation assistance firm specializing in finding rental properties and providing destination services, is proud to be recognized for the fourth consecutive year, as the highest ranking Rental Assistance Provider in the 2018 Relocation Managers’ Survey conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, founded in 1994. This is the fourth year that the Trippel Survey measured the rental assistance industry. Worldwide ERC reports that renters have consisted of 52%-58% of corporate relocations.

There were over 1,492 corporate relocation managers included in this highly-recognized survey. PorchLight ranked highest in overall client satisfaction amongst other industry service providers with a score of 8.91 out of a possible 10 points.

The Trippel Survey also revealed that 61% of employer respondents contract with or regularly use an organization offering Rental & Destination Services. This number increased significantly from 2017. “This tells me that we as a relocation industry segment, have a tremendous opportunity to continue to inform employers of the services and numerous benefits, we offer to the ever-growing renter population,” said Diane Ayres, President and founding partner of PorchLight Rental & Destination Services.
